GRADO ALCOHOLICO: 12% vol.

CATA: Color rosa frambuesa. Aspecto fluído y satinado. Burbujas finas que crean un delicado collar de espuma. Aromas a frambuesa, grosella, pimiento y rosa roja. Entrada franca y limpia, efervescencia cremosa. Frutado pulposo y crujiente, sostenido por una mineralidad arcillosa que aporta masticabilidad y amplitud al paladar. Final esbelto entorno a una acidez de frambuesa muy tensa que prolonga la oferta frutal, fresca y radiante.

TEMPERATURA DE SERVICIO: 7º- 9ºC

MARIDAJE: Salmonetes a la plancha y espumoso de violeta, pesto de tomate y albahaca, tartar de salmón con eneldo.

PACKAGING: Caja de 6 unidades.

VITICULTURA: Sostenible. Viñedo sin herbicidas. Certificaciones Terra Vitis y HVE (Alto valor ambiental). Rendimiento limitado para lograr un equilibrio perfecto en el sabor de la uva.

VARIETY: 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay.

VINTAGE: 2018

AGING: From 24 to 36 months.

TYPE: Brut

ALCOHOLIC GRADE: 12% vol.

TASTING: Raspberry pink colour Fluid and satin aspect. Fine bubbles, creating a delicate sparkling collar. Aromas of raspberry, currant, pepper and red rose. Frank and clean attack, creamy effervescence. Pulpy and crunchy fruitiness, supported by a clay-marnes minerality which gives chewiness and breadth to the palate. Slender finish around a very tense raspberry acidity which prolongs the fruity offering which is fresh and radiant.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 7º- 9ºC

PAIRING: Grilled red mullet and sparkling violet juice, tomato and basil pesto, salmon tartare with dill.

PACKAGING: Box of 6 units.

VITICULTURE: Sustainable Vinyard without herbicides. Terra Vitis and HVE (High environmental value) certifications. Limited yield to achieve a perfect balance of grappe flavour.
