CLIMATE: Extreme continental, with long and cold winters, hot and dry summers (with sharply contrasting temperatures between night and day), and short intermediate seasons.

OUTPUT: 2.5 kg/vine.
GRAPE HARVEST: Manual, in small 20 kg boxes.
FERMENTATION: Pre-fermentation cold maceration during eight hours to obtain its full aromatic potential. Alcoholic fermentation with regular pumping-over during 12 days.
AGING: Malolactic fermentation in casks. Aging in a different type of charred or toasted oak for a wider variety of aromas and traits.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16ºC - 18ºC
BOTTLE. Bordelesa Sensación (Bordeaux Sensation).
TASTING NOTES: Red purple with bluish tones, attractive and jovial. Persistent bouquets of undergrowth, balsamic and minerals, making it complex and elegant. Excellent varietal combination and tannin balance. Savoury taste, well-assembled mature tannins, fresh while sweet. Its mineral notes make it unique and original.
