CLIMATE: Extreme continental, with long and cold winters, hot and dry summers (with sharply contrasting temperatures between night and day), and short intermediate seasons.
VINEYARD DENSITY: 1,500 vines/hectare.
OUTPUT: 1.5 kg/vine.
GRAPE HARVEST: Manual, in small 20 kg boxes.
FERMENTATION: Two days of low temperature pre-fermentation maceration to extract aromas. Controlled alcoholic fermentation during eight days at 25ºC.
AGING: Malolactic fermentation and aging (three months) in French oak casks.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14ºC - 15ºC.
BOTTLE. Bordelesa Sensación (Bordeaux Sensation).
TASTING NOTES: Deep red with violet tones, dark and jovial. Clean bouquets of red fruit, raspberry and cassis, on mineral notes in harmony and notable lactic bouquets. Fresh while mature, with sweet tannin, ample and structured, causing pleasurable sensations throughout.
