When the goods are delivered, the buyer (or the person designated by the buyer) must confirm that the goods are in perfect condition and have not been damaged during shipping.
If the goods arrive damaged, the shipment should be refused and BODEGAS PURIFICACION must be informed of the situation within 24 hours via its website (by completing the form located in the CONTACT section) or by phone. By accepting the delivery, it will be understood that the buyer has approved its condition.
BODEGAS PURIFICACION, S.L. will replace any defective goods with products that are in good condition (at no cost to the buyer) or reimburse the corresponding amount.
Upon receiving the goods, buyers will have 14 calendar days to exercise their right to return goods.
As per the legislation in force, this right does not apply to goods that may spoil or expire quickly, so it may not be applied to bottles that have been opened.
Buyers must state their intent to return the goods within the aforementioned period by sending an e-mail using the form located in the CONTACT section of the website and specifying the order number. The goods should then be returned.
Once the goods to be returned have been received and it has been confirmed that they are in good condition, BODEGAS PURIFICACION, S.L. will reimburse the corresponding amount to the buyer, except for the return shipping fees (that the buyer must pay), within 10 calendar days.
